  It was a really nice house set in a very peaceful gully with bush right next door. Plenty of birds and 1 koala was an added bonus. Suit us perfect as we had 4 couples and a single attending a conference. Close enough to shops etc but far enough away fro the hurly burley. Weather was not kind so not much beach time but place was within a 5 minute drive. Very nice place with no hassles

  We were stoked with this house!! Better than we anticipated. Super clean, great layout, very well equiped kitchen, huge lounge room, beautiful outlook onto the bush, slept 10 people comfortably. Stayed for the Ironman weekend and was only 5 mins from town centre, would definitely stay here again :) :) :)

  Perfect holiday home and kids also enjoyed. It’s not enough toilet paper, no washing powder. Overall house was clean. If we visit again Port Macquarie definitely I will stay again. Kitchen accessories was nice.

  The home had comfortable beds in all but one room. The lounge was large and comfortable with large TV for family viewing. There was a selection of DVD's. games and books to choose from. The kitchen had all items you would need for a long stay. Close to town. Overall was a great place to stay with family.
  Cons:- Ceiling fan did not work in main bedroom, The Council bins were full on our arrival, There was no portable remote for garage so f you wanted to use it you had to park car outside garage, walk upstairs to open the house, walk down internal stairs to press wall mounted remote then drive car in. When leaving you had to get car out, go back into garage and press remote and run to duck under roller door before it closed. Only put car in garage because of bad weather. Would highly recommend as a spacious comfortable stay although was very pricey.

  We stayed at Koala Kubby with our adult children and grandchildren, 10 of us in total. The house had everything we needed and more, I have never stayed in such a well appointed holiday home than this one, if we needed it, it was there.
  The location was stunning, between the bushland setting as well as the tropical trees it was very tranquil.
  While only 3 mins to the center of Pt Macquarie, we felt like we were miles away, it was very peaceful.
  The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable.
  There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to move around easily, play games together and the kids had a great time on the huge driveway with their scooters
  My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
  All of my family said they would happily return.
  Highly recommended A+
