Enjoy the beautiful ocean views over Oxley Beach stretching all the way up the coast. This unit is in an ideal location less than 400m from Oxley Beach and only 1.7km to the center of town.

Situation on the 3rd floor, this unit accommodates up to 6 people, with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is supplied.

Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Spacious open combined dining and lounge area leading to the large balcony, perfect to enjoy your evening meal at the large table and chairs overlooking the beautiful views.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is security parking for 1 car and there is a lift in the complex for your convenience.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit of $500 will be required prior to arrival. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.

  A wonderful apartment in a magical location. Very spacious, lovely balcony and located in a quiet area. Can easily walk to Town Beach. Also a great fish and chips shop a couple of blocks away.

  Really enjoyed our stay, lovely light open apartment, with a lovely view. A relaxing stay, we were in town for weeks training course, so didn't get to spend as much time there as we would have liked. Our twin Cab 4wd with service back was too large to comfortably fit in the parking garage, but plenty of street parking in front.

  My sister and I stayed for a week. Property is large, spacious and clean, with ocean views opp parkland. It is reasonably priced but could do with some improvements. There was no heating other than a small plug in heater which struggled to do the job. The kitchen could have benefited with more implements. As we self catered most days, we ended up having to buy some sharp knives and baking pans. The kitchen tap also needs replacing as hard to use. The bathrooms whilst functional, are ready for an update. We also found the car park difficult to manoeuvre and ended up parking on the street. Notwithstanding the negatives, I would stay there again and would be happy to pay more if updates were undertaken.

  Sliding door in main bedroom cannot be opened due to rust

  Need more information on where to go to your unit from the garage as there is no signage down there went into the wrong elevator and went to every floor to find out that was not our elevator then had to go to the other elevator and still had to go to every floor again to find the unit.
