Breakers 2 is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Eastern end of the village. The living area flows onto the large verandah with stunning views of the coastline. There is an ensuite to the downstairs bedroom, large kitchen with dishwasher and lock-up-garage with remote door.

Upstairs has two bedrooms and one bathroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area and laundry.  The kitchen has a dishwasher.  There is a paved courtyard out the back with gas BBQ.

Downstairs has one bedroom with ensuite, and you can also access the lock up garage from this room.

The property includes WIFI and Netflix.


Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

    We have been staying at either Breakers 1 or Breakers 2 at least annually for over 20 years. Each duplex has accommodation for 7+ people, although now it's very comfortable for just me and my husband. The property is a short (but steep) walk to shops and the beach. We love the property, advantages include peaceful location, beautiful view, comfortable living including wi-fi, Foxtel etc, and lock up garage.

    Spent 11 nights at Breakers and couldn't had a better stay. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed enabling us to want to dine in most days and prepare our own meals. The kitchen is well appointed , bedrooms large and comfortable, having a garage with table tennis table provided some extra entertainment and security to our vehicles and surfboards. Parking was ample for 2 cars on the drive and the outdoor eating on the front verandah with those spectacular views and sunrises was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to re-book in the future.

    Great house and location. Problem is insufficient cooling. No A/C , No ceiling fans. There are some pedistal fans in the bedrooms but not adequate for a hot , humid summer.
