  We have been travelling for over 8 weeks staying at at many and various accommodations. We liked Beach Shack #1 but found a few issues. This response is not meant to criticize but help improve. It needs more powerpoints for charging phones etc. The existing ones are poorly located.
  There is no air conditioning, which didn't bother us due to thee time of year, but we wouldn't go back because of this. The TV is mounted too high on the wall and you look at the ceiling light when watching TV. There is no dishwasher so we wouldn't book for an extended stay. There were empty beer bottles thrown in the garden. We had problems following the Agents directions. eg. no lock box code. No location for the lock box. Poor advice about bin night.The layout of the bedroom could be much improved by removing the built in wardrobe and replacing with a simple rack.

  The unit was nice and clean, comfortable for good price.
  My elderly parents stayed here and a hand rail on outside 2 steps would be a very welcome and WHS safe addition.
  The location being on a corner was a little bit noisy with traffic( but the guests usually reside on a large property with no traffic).
  Also I didnt receive a pin no to the key lock box in email so that created a little hassle for me on a Sunday, I have provided this feedback to Elders. I also recommend the old lock box in the carport be removed as it’s location is right beside driver door when you park and get out of your car. A new lock box is located at entrance to carport . This also caused me some frustration trying to open the old lock box.
