Sit back, relax and listen to the waves whilst taking in the panoramic ocean views from this beautiful four bedroom home. You can even see the whales go by during the annual migration. This gorgeous home has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Superbly positioned only 350m to the sand of Lighthouse Beach you will love being so close to the water. Watonga Shops is conveniently located only footsteps away, which includes cafes, restaurants, a convenience store, bottle shop and post office. The local gold club is down the road.

Behind an unassuming facade, you will instantly feel at home, and be captivated by 180 degree views of the surf. There is an oversized open area which includes a large modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The dining and lounge area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows so you will be immersed by the sights and sounds of the ocean. This area also has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort and a smart TV. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included. At the rear of the home there is a large deck and backyard.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, smart tv and air conditioning. There are two more bedrooms with queen sized beds and a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top).

There are two newly renovated bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath. A washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience.

There is a 1x garage and additional parking in the driveway. Within the garage, there is also table tennis to keep the kids busy.
Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top in the 4th bedroom,

All linen is provided in this property.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit of $500 will be required prior to arrival. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.

  Fabulous house in quiet location, clean and well equiped (unlike what some reviews indicated)
  And the view wonderful we could easily see the ocean from the spacious living area. We spotted dolphins and whales from the large picture windows!

  This property is located in a quiet street away from the main town of Port Macquarie. The beach is a 5 minute walk with shops & cafe even closer. The panoramic views of the ocean were by far the jewel of the stay. We had everything we needed for our holiday. Thanks guys it was amazing

  Tastefully renovated, large home in Lighthouse Beach. Great views. Very convenient location in walking distance to beach and great neighbourhood shops.
  
  On arrival the house obviously had not been occupied for some time. There were cobwebs on the windowsills and the floors were very dusty/dirty. I had to clean the house when I arrived. There were absolutely no cleaning products, soap or shampoo provided. It was Christas Eve and I had to go buy general use products for my family that should have been provided in a rental in that price bracket. It had to a stressful check in oeiod due to the fact our family were celebrating Christmas there.

  Fabulous week away for the school holidays. Spacious, modern and beautifully furnished. Very clean and generously equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely comfy beds and we loved the coffee machine (and pods) and the air fryer in the kitchen. Beautiful deck to sit and take in the ocean views. Best cafe in town and local shops just around the corner. There was so much to keep the whole family entertained in Port Macquarie - the coastal walk is a must. We will book again!

  A great holiday spot, close to the beach with commanding water views. A lovely house! Also easy access to central Port Macquarie being only a short drive away.
  If you have time, do the coastal walk from the Lighthouse to Port Macquarie - this was spectacular.
  
  However, there are a couple of issues to note. Firstly, right next door, a new house is being built. Tradies are on-site from 7am (through to 3pm) so no chance of a "sleep in". I would have thought that this fact would have been contained in the property description as the house build has a long way to go before being completed. I am not sure I would have booked this particular home if I had been aware of the building work happening next door.
  
  Less of an issue was the fact that the air fryer hadn't been cleaned properly by the previous vacationer.
  
  And a suggestion for improvement would be for the owner to provide a vacuum cleaner.

  The place was nice and clean but needed a lot of attention to small details. No washing basket, no platters or salad servers. Not enough seating at table for 9 people and couldn’t eat meals together, eg Christmas lunch. No bins in toilets, No bbq for a holiday house, shade sails were missing on deck and the advertisement showed shade sails. Great location and very modern, and enjoyed the week. Thank you

  Loved the house, very modern and comfortable. Amazing view and location - short stroll to beach and cafes/shops. House was spacious enough for the whole family, very clean and had a lovely deck where we had some meals while watching and listening to the ocean. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well equipped kitchen when we didn’t feel like dining out. Will definitely stay again soon.

  Superb stay and what amazing ocean views! We were
  spoilt by seeing whales from the living room everyday of our stay. The
  house was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything our family
  needed for our holiday. Amazing location just a few hundred metres to
  the beach and 100 metres to the local shops, including the best
  cafe in town. Host was very accomodating and easy to contact. Can’t wait to stay again.
