Upon entering this home, the beautiful use of timber provides a warm and luxurious welcome. On this level is the master bedroom suite, with queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, modern stylish ensuite and air conditioner for your sleeping comfort. There is also a second bedroom on this level with a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Also on this level is the modern bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet.

Continue down a few stairs to the middle level and discover a huge open flow light filled lounge and dining area showcasing polished timber floors and high ceilings with reserve cycle air-conditioned, large flat screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A stunning custom designed kitchen boasts a 9- burner Westinghouse gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher perfect for cooking up a storm.

The glass sliding doors fold right back onto an expansive timber deck alfresco with a fully equipped built in BBQ area. Relax, unwind, and take in picture-perfect views spanning all the way from the hinterland across the treetops to the glistening ocean.
On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms which are all stylishly decorated with built in wardrobes and floor pedestal fans. There is a relaxed living area with mounted TV, 2 lounges and desk. There is also a combined laundry/bathroom. Access to a covered patio with large spa and an enclosed family friendly yard.

Garage is included and there is extra off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of parking on the street for a boat or caravan.

Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top, a queen in the 3rd and 2 singles in the 4th bedroom. All linen is provided.

HOUSE RULES

This property does not allow parties or smoking.

Due to this being in a residential area, there is to be a strictly no parties. We request that after 10pm all activity is moved inside as the noise carries and impacts the lives of the neighbours.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit of $500 will be required prior to arrival. Guest will need to provide a valid Credit Card for this amount to be held until a vacate inspection is carried out and nil damage or loss is reported. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.

    Nice house. split 3 levels. lots of stairs with no handrails. Good yard for dogs but one gate wouldnt close. Put wheelie bin in front to block. Reported it so should be fixed. Otherwise all good.

    This property is very clean and tidy, you feel very safe there. On arrival we were so happy to see the pantry and freezer had food in it. We love the house moto take what you want but leave some of your foods you don’t need/want to take home with you.
    Unfortunately the view of the ocean/town is mostly obstructed from the neighbours trees.
    If you’re not a stair climber I wouldn’t recommend this property, there are 3 levels to this house. Over all we liked this property.

    Inside of house was immaculate no complaints at all..
    outside however defiantly needed tending to a lot of cobwebs and leaves everywhere and the spa was main reason we chose this house and it was half full and smelt quiet bad... was fixed the next day but we were unable to use on first night...

    Nice house, well equipped, comfy beds but a bit noisy with kids with timber floors in living area. Didn’t sleep well the last night as windows and back door rattled in strong winds.
