Set in a complex surrounded by a rainforest fringe, this townhouse is in a perfect location only 350m to Flynn's Beach, restaurants, cafes and bottle shop/convenience shop.

This two storey townhouse boasts beautiful polished timber floors and modern décor. On the ground level you will find the large spacious comfortable lounge room with TV and ceiling fan, the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher with everything you need to cook up a storm. The dining area with ceiling fan, opens up to the covered alfresco area with BBQ and private courtyard, with gate which provides straight access to the complex pool. The main bedroom is also on the ground level with queen sized bed with walk in robe, ensuite and ceiling fan. There is an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and there is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. All linen has been provided for your convenience. There is also a second small living area with TV and main bathroom with bath and shower and toilet.

The property also includes air conditioning, free WI-FI and single lock up garage with internal access.

Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, queen in the second bedroom and 2 singles in the third bedroom, all linen is supplied.

  Great Unit in great location. Excellent facilities. Enjoyed the stay.
  Possible improvements : Would have preferred a queen bed in the main bedroom, and also a selection of pillows - ALL pillows were very large/firm. Also could improve mattresses on the other beds. Need extra chopping board and storage containers (none had lids) - other than that Kitchen equipment well covered. Need some instructions for the unit - especially the location of the bins and bin collection days, I had to do some asking around to figure it out.(Usually this kind of info is prominently displayed - as part of conditions of stay - ie empty bin on departure).

  Spent 7 days in unit 7. Conveniently situated a few hundred meters from Flynn beach. This unit's entrance being on a cul de sac, this is even quieter. Very clean and well equipped. The sofa looks old but is actually very comfortable and facing a massive TV! great little courtyard with a natural gas BBQ. and only a few steps from the pool.
  Would be good to add a note to indicate the trash bin location in the complex as we did find them only after a couple of days...

  The pool area was wonderful on a hot day and the pool was sparkling clean.
