Enjoy your holiday in your home away from home. Located in a quiet residential area only 4km from the centre of town and 750m walking distance from Shelly Beach and 1.2km by car. All the holiday creature comforts are included in this beautifully styled threebedroom home. Featuring beautiful timber flooring, the property includes a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge area, with a smart TV and WiFi. The property is pet friendly for a small dog, so bring your beloved pet along. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave, overlooking the large, enclosed back yard, the perfect space for the kids to play cricket, with outdoor setting and shed to store your surf boards or bikes. The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite. There is another queen sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the third bedroom with a pedastool fan. All linen is supplied. There is a second living area with TV and Good Chromecast, perfect for the kids to have a separate getaway. There is a third bathroom with shower and toilet off the internal laundry which includes a washing machine. Plenty of parking for two cars on the driveway (garage is not included). There is a refundable $500 bond for this property. Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. All linen is included. This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable. If a booking includes guests under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property. Spacious home 10min walk from Shelly beach via rainforest. Kookaburras were there to welcome us when we arrived in the evening. Only frustration was trying to cook on induction stove with mostly non-induction utensil being available. All other essentials in working order and coffee/tea provided.

Only issue I had....was too hot, the air con didn't reach the bedrooms and several times I ended up sleeping on couch...
