Welcome to The Mainsail! This top floor unit (there is a lift) is perfectly located in the Eastport area, only 200mtrs to Port City Bowling Club and 350mtrs to glorious Town Beach. Relax on the north east facing balcony, offering views of nearby bowling greens and Town Beach. Enjoy the pleasant sea breezes and local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This unit has everything you need, full kitchen, dining area, lounge room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and loungeroom, laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet and even free wifi. There is security parking for one car. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and there are 2 single beds in the second bedroom, all linen is included. Mainsail unit was clean well maintained every thing was provided . bowling Club was close by .You need the car thow to get about. Elders were very good to deal with.

Apart from the building works going on across the road from the apartment and the queen bed being very hard this was a great place to stay and had everything you need.

The apartment was clean and well equipped but the internet was not working for the duration of our stay, although I reported the issue on the day we arrived. The email from Elders confirming our stay, stated very clearly that bed linen was not included and recommended some companies in Port Macquarie that could provide some for us. I hired and paid for linen only to find on arrival that all the beds were already made up and towels were provided by the owner. Whilst hiring unnecessary linen was not a huge amount of money it was an extra cost that I wasn't expecting and in the end wasn't needed. Elders need to look into this so that future guests do not have the same problem.

Very convenient unit for our stay however my husband has to move into the other bedroom due to the hardness of the bed. Overall the unit is very spacious and comfy with everything we needed including a large balcony with water views.

Absolutely the best location such a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Just down the road and a short walk to Town beach, Port City Bowling Club. A wonderful stroll along the boardwalk and break wall into Port Macquarie Town green.

Mainsail 10 is well located with water views. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen. Also good that the toilet is not located in the bathroom.

We recently stayed in this unit for 12 weeks. The unit was perfect for our needs, it was neat and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances of all kinds.The oven and cooktop were very dated but during our stay were measured up to be replaced. The location was perfect with great views of the water and easy access to all the great cafes and restaurants Port Macquarie is renowned for. We basically parked the car and walked everywhere. The unit Managers were extremely helpful and the residents in the unit block were very friendly. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a break close to the beach.
