Offering a pleasant outlook over the breakwall, this unit has all the conveniences needed whilst on holidays, including two bedrooms with a queen sized bed, in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is also two batconies, lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player, internal laundry. The complex alsofeatures a pool, lift and full security parking underground (max. height 1.9m).

    Unit smelled musty, carpets need a good clean or ideally be replaced. Main balcony screen door hard to open and wire hanging off.

    My wife and I have been visiting Port for our vacation for over 20years. We have stayed in a couple of locations on Clarence Street as the location is excellent. Unit 12 Tasman Towers is comfortable be I think it needs a little face lift.

    Unit very old but clean.
    Location was great for elderly as it was easy to walk to river's edge (flat).
    Garage was very hard to park your car.
    Could not use bath because it had calcification (needs resurfacing).
    Garbage bins located outside, recycling small bins would have been better in basement.
    Pillows need washing.

    Great location.
    Older style unit, functional, walking distance to town, supermarket, restaurants. Great balconies. Stayed in winter, could be really hot in summer. Original bathroom & toilet. Dated furniture.

    I stayed with my daughter and grand daughter for 4 nights as we were in the process of purchasing a property in PMQ.
    The location was perfect for access to all facilities in the PMQ area and surrounds. I think the high ratings in all areas confirms our complete satisfaction in all aspects of our stay. I would recommend the location and Elders to anyone planning to visit PMQ.
