This large three bed, two bath unit has everything you will need to have a perfect holiday in Port Macquarie.

Offering a large well equipped kitchen, pool, lift, ensuite and spectacular views from the living, dining and
main bedrooms over the Break Wall, Hastings River and beaches, you will definitely have a relaxing stay.

Unit Features: TV, DVD player, seating and dining for six, main bathroom has a bath and shower, separate toilet and BBQ.
Unit block: pool, lift and secure parking.

Bedding: Queen bed in main bedroom, queen Bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom.
Linen is not provided but may be hired for you at a minimal cost. Baby equipment hire can also be arranged.

  My family stayed at this property last year and had a great time. However this year the unit itself was great, but on each day of our stay there was a problem with the lift. Walking up 8 flights of steps from the garage is hard going.

  We had a very pleasant fortnight at Tasman 22, ver disappointing that there is no WiFi, especially for the grandchildren. The BBQ was not clean & the gas bottles both empty. We asked for the unit again for the same time next year but we’re told it had already gone been booked to someone else, due to a new system in place.

  After staying at numerous Elders rentals over the last 10 years plus, this is one of my favorites ! The one draw back of having a sports car is it cannot get into Tasmans garage .This time i hired a Toyoto Camry and it too scraped out. Parking out front of building better option. This building is walking distance to everything Port has to offer. Fantastic views , new mattress's/furniture ,very comfortable with 3 bedrooms & two bathrooms , three balconies with great outdoor furniture to enjoy a coffee and those views. The team at Elders are always fantastic and organize everything to make your holiday the best ! Would highly recommend a visit to Tasman 22 . Tony

  This apartment has the potential to be the most sought after in port macquarie when it comes to holiday rentals. It's large, in a perfect location, great views but is being held back by its lack of updating and cleanliness. The apartment could do with a really good deep clean, particularly in these times of covid. Mattress and pillow protectors were stained (so we had to wash on arrival) and all pedestal fans were covered in an inch of dust which we also had to clean - notified the agent and received a "thanks for letting us know we will let the cleaners know" - not really helpful to us!
  Would love to stay in this one again but they need to up their cleaning game and a cosmetic renovation wouldn't hurt either.
