    Myself and family come up every year to stay in this place it’s so nice, beautiful views, the only thing I would like to say is that the double bunk bed could do with some tightening up or maybe put two single beds instead as they are a bit wobbly. But otherwise we can’t complain about anything.

    This was our second stay in 301 Flightdeck ( previously in 101), view is wonderful, plenty of room and good location.
    From the street end of unit it gets quite loud with passing traffic, stuffy and a little dark.
    Check in as it is made easy to collect keys from petrol station,3pm check in is quite late in the day and still the unit was not clean on our arrival, cleaners arriving around 5pm,(very nice people)makes it a little hard to unpack and settle in when waiting for unit to be cleaned and prepared for arrival.

    301 flight deck was a great experience, and Port is a regular holiday location for us, offering terrific restaurants, clubs, walks and trips in the area. Florian Bar, Clarence St, great place for Cocktails and pizza, prawns from the wharf off North Trawler, Port fresh seafood, short st, Bills fish restaurant,
    the greek restaurant , again in Clarence St and much much more. Many good walking trails. Accomodation, very large unit offering everything you need, in a terrific location, only hope they replace spare bed, bit lumpy.

    This was our third time for our June getaway and we weren’t disappointed again ! The unit has had a new kitchen amongst other inclusions. Great unit, great view east walking distance to centre of town can’t wait until next year. I must say the unit was spotless also.

    Great spot, nice roomy unit, convenient to everything.
    Ceiling fans great to have in room,
    Mould in shower’sand basins of both bathrooms, we purchased spray to clean.
    Ceiling vent/ fan full of dust in en-suite which fell through into shower , needs to be cleaned out.
    Overall excellent spot with fabulous views.

    Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. The apartment was large with lovely views and a fantastic balcony. Beds were comfortable but a little on the small size (doubles in 2 rooms, bunks in the 3rd room). Apartment was clean and had all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Overall it was a positive experience. The only suggestions I have are to have a smart TV and WIFI available. With the rainy weather free to air was a challenge over several days of relentless rain. Queen size beds would be a plus (at least in the main bedroom), and even though there were ceiling fans, the bedrooms were quite stuffy at night, and without screens on the doors to the balcony, we couldn’t open the doors to allow greater airflow. Overall, we had a lovely time, but the suggested improvements would make the experience even better.
