Stroll to stunning Rainbow Beach from this well presented 2 storey home that sleeps eight people.

Spread over 2 levels the lower level includes the kitchen, dining and lounge with full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, second bathroom and seperate  living area leading onto the entertaining deck overlooking the pool.

This holiday beach house is approximately 350 metres to the Bonny Hills Surf Club and Fat Fish Bistro or approximately 550 metres to the Bonny Hills Beach Hotel/family friendly Tavern and Bonny Hills Garden Centre Cafe where you can sit and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Bonny Hills is located within a 25 minute drive south of Port Macquarie and 28 minute drive to Wauchope and is a popular holiday destination for people who are looking for that relaxing getaway within reach of the beach and popular tourist attractions.

Bonny Beach House does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit between $500 - $1000 will be required upon arrival, depending on the property. Guest will need to provide a valid Credit Card for this amount to be held until a vacate inspection is carried out and nil damage or loss is reported. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.

    Great size home and good location, close to the beach. Our only issue is that advertising of air conditioning was misleading. There was only 1 split aircon system upstairs in the lounge room wall didn’t really cool down anything, no air conditioning in the bedrooms or downstairs. So I wouldn’t advertise the property as air conditioned personally. Thankfully was not too hot when we stayed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

    Fabulous house for our extended family. House is a little older but nice and clean with a pet friendly backyard, pool was great, kitchen was well equipped and only a short stroll to the beach. Nice cafe/restaurant and pub close by. Very happy.

    The House was comfortable for 6. Nice location for exploring wider Port Macquarie and Hastings area. Patrolled beach at end of street and pool was great for family stay. The house itself is needing a little TLC. Doors snd windows jam making hard to open/close. The air conditioner did not work which made it very uncomfortable in bedrooms at night, even with ceiling fans.The washing machine seemed to be stuck in a cycle setting and took a lot of patience to get working. Positives of house include great alfresco area on upstairs level, beds and lounges all very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and the pool with sun lounges.

    Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach, and perfect for a family stay with large well stocked kitchen and bbq, swimming pool with plenty of space to relax and great secure garden area for little dogs. Would certainly come back again.

    This is the second time we have stayed in this house which is good value and great location. Would be improved with a pantry in the kitchen and the sliding front door fixed- it’s really hard to move and has been for two years.
    House was reasonable clean. A sliding door on the back door would be better than the flat screen flaps. The poor is usually dirty from all the leaves that fall to the bottom although a pool cleaner did come while we weee staying but the pool doesn’t stay clean for long. Lots of ants around the house which get inside through the back door.

    The previous people staying didn’t lock the garage door so someone could have gained entry to the place. We only realised half way through our stay.

    Overall we always like coming to this house but there are a few easy things to fix it up!
