Located only 400m from Port Macquarie's popular Town Beach, this cosy renovated 2nd floor apartment is the perfect escape for your next holiday. Capturing sea breezes and a lovely view over Observatory Park to the ocean, you will have everything you need to relax and unwind. From the moment you walk in the door, there is an immediate sense of luxury and comfort. Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, open plan living area which flows outdoors to the balcony, complete with outdoor setting and BBQ. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, a built in wardrobe to unpack to really feel at home and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and built in wardrobe. The unit has a modern bathroom with large shower and toilet and offers free Wi-Fi. There is a shared laundry downstairs with washing machine and dryer for your convenience and a single carport to park your car. Please note there is no smoking in the unit or on the common grounds Please note this property has a $500 refundable security bond. It was really lovely! Just a couple of things that could be worked on such as leaving a note where the light switch is for outside or having gas. Also the back room gets quite stuffy, potentially a better fan? But other than that was a lovely experience

The accomodation was in a great spot, very clean & newly renovated but lacking air conditioning which is neccessary because you cannot open the bedroom door to get fresh air because of early morning traffic noise...

Terrific location & view. Well appointed, fresh, modern & comfortable. Great beds. Necessities catered for & nice touches with teas, lollies, coffee pods etc. Linen was supplied. Ate on balcony unless raining. Undercover parking was available. Rotary park across road, great place to catch up with people with coffee shop close. Town Beach very close. Walking distance to food and CBD. Overall it was a safe haven and great experience. There were lots of steps to access unit so not easy for older generations carrying luggage. Fair bit of street noise as round about and beach traffic were just outside balcony, but afterall it was the christmas holiday period. A nest of coffee tables would have been appreciated near lounge. Toilet roll holder was in very awkward position. Booked through 3rd party and there were conflicting descriptions online as to what was included in our stay. It was all sorted with a call to Elders staff. All in all we recommend staying here.

Clean , comfortable two bedroom apartment. Everything you need is available i e. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of toiletries, beds comfortable and fresh clean linen. Down fall traffic noise & stairs (no lift) 30 steps . Caution hot water temperature too high & either a Caution sign needed or temperature turned down. Instructions for oven required as well.

My Mum and I had a wonderful week, in this lovely Apartment. It was clean, tidy and had very thing we needed & more. Love the fluffy towels and lovely sheets. Thanks for the snacks. We would like to stay here again in the future.
