This unit is perfectly located right accross the road from the popular Flynns Beach with restaurants, takeaway shops, coffee shops and a convenience store/cellars/post office all less than 150m away. This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom unit is located on the 1st floor of this popular security complex. This unit has everything you need to to make you feel at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave Open plan dining/ living area with airconditioner, TV, DVD player and free WIFI opening onto the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean views. There are two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top in the second bedroom. Linen is not included but hire linen can be arranged. A modern bathroom combined laundry with shower, washing machine and clothes dryer and and a separate toilet. The unit is located in a security complex with a lock up garage for 1 car. Bedding: queen in the main bedroom, a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on top in the 2nd bedroom. Unit is a bit tired but the location is great Loose tiles on balcony a trip hazard and one of the kitchen lights not working.

The property location was perfect. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful beach across the road. It was a dated unit but kept clean. Garage was very small for family SUV car. Wifi was terrible. Couldnt use the netflix that is provided on the TV as it couldnt connect to the internet as there was no internet at all. Even the mobile phone service was terrible.

The unit is located in a great position. We found a few issues whilst staying at this unit. The vertical bind were missing panels in the lounge room leaving gaps. The bedroom verticals were also broken allowing light to come in. The WI FI did not work so our data ran out very quickly. The vacuum did not work and there was no mop to clean the wet area. The place is old and has old utilities. The washing machine and dryer were new but the rest of the place is old.

unit is in a large complex across road from beach and surf club handy to ammenites shops and food so all round a very good spot to stay the vertical blinds need fixing or replacing as some are missing the unit is very spacious but could do with a bit of touch up

The location is walking distance to beach, general store and chemist which is terrific. The view was fantastic especially with the balcony. The accommodation was very comfortable, relaxing and spacious. Nice open plan living area, comfortable beds, good kitchen area. Was great having a washing machine and dryer. It was a busy main road during the day but quiet at night. Unfortunately the maintenance to the property was only average eg. leaking shower, some vertical blinds were missing. Hall light not working. There was no guidance as what to do with our garbage and waste recycling. Thankfully a neighbour was able to guide us. There were heavy removable stains on the tiles and cockroaches in the cupboard under the sink.
