Enjoy canal living, do some fishing off the boat ramp or watch the dolphins swim by, this property even has 2 adult Kayaks, 2 children's kayaks with life jackets to use to explore the canals.

This 3 bedroom home has a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, there is a double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and air conditioner. Keep the kids entertained with free Wifi and Foxtel TV. There is a side fenced entertaining area perfect for a small dog.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine.

The owners have thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay including ping pong table, beach chairs, high chair, portacot, childrens books, toys and games and hair dryer.

There is also parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bedin the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes guests under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

  Such a great house and location, we have stayed here twice already! great that can take the dog and there is a fenced off courtyard for him. House in perfect location. My only one wish would be that the window in the main bedroom could be opened, unfortunately it's locked so the fan needs to be kept on the whole time and no fresh air can come in. Other than that small thing, it's all great! Will stay again!

  We spent two weeks here with our two dogs. 5 minutes walk to settlement city or 20 minutes walk to the break wall in Port Macquarie.
  The house had everything we needed, including safe outdoor area for our pups, pantry with a variety of staples and a lovely view on the canal.

  We had a wonderful time at this property - perfect location, really comfortable house, and able to bring the dog, which is a bonus. He loved it too - swimming right at the doorstep!
  
  Wifi wasn't working, but I didn't mind as it kept kids off devices, and Netflix was on the TV so still able to watch movies during down time. The staff at the office were helpful though and did try to solve the problem for me (needed new password), so no complaints there.

  We had a great holiday because we were all together and the jetty was great. I regret to report the accommodation was disappointing, with beds really too hard to sleep on, non-functional kitchen lights, non-openable bedroom windows, and dodgy doors and keys. The bars on the windows and security camera made us worry about our security, when we normally wouldn't.

The house was sparkling clean with all linen and towels provided which was a bonus. With some minor maintenance issues addressed (broken lounge and lights not working in kitchen), some freshening up of the decor and a little more attention to detail (no dishcloth, detergent or dishwasher tabs) this could be a five star property.

  We were an adult group of 7. We had a wonderful time at this property there was plenty of space. There were a few minor maintenance issues ie blown lightbulbs, broken showerhead (there was a spare one in the cupboard my husband just switched them out. Overall it was a great place to stay, very close to shops. Even though we had a great kitchen (did I mention Nespresso machine) we walked to restaurants nearby for dinner. I am sure we will be back again soon.
