What a great location! This large modern unit is located only 450m from the centre of town and 700m from the beautiful Town Beach. The perfect destination for that family holiday. Situated on the 1st floor of the Flightdeck complex, a security building with the convenience of a lift, secure single garage and sparkling pool to relax in at the end of the day. This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom north facing unit features a large main bedroom with a queen sized bed with walkin robe andensuite. There is a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. This apartment offers expansive open plan living and dining area with air conditioner, flat screen TV, DVD player. Enjoy the convenience of amodern well equipped kitchen with black granite benchtop and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. The spacious living and dining areas openonto a large covered patio/courtyard creating aperfect indoor/outdoor area with BBQ, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sea breezes. Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second, 2 single beds in the third (no linen included - linen hire can be arranged). Large 3 bedroom apartment on ground floor which although you do not have a view,the patio is much larger with large dining table, outdoor lounge suite, barbecue. Lounge has large flat screen tv , comfy lounge and all beds are comfortable. Only downside is no hair dryer, no WiFi(essential these days) and no linen supplied. Overal was very good and would recommend it, being aware of the downside.

This is a difficult review to write. Such a lovely apartment in a great location within easy walking distance to everything around town. The only problem was the cockroaches. They seemed to multiply as we were there. The real estate offered to come and spray but that would have meant being shut out of the apartment. Not ideal. Apart from that this really is a great apartment nicely furnished with plenty of room to move. The other thing to be aware of is there is no linen.

Very good property in a great location. Only negatives were a. we had to supply our own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels) and b.the water pressure in the en suite was poor. Linen wasn't really an issue for us as we were on a dedicated visit to Port, rather than touring, but it would have been inconvenient if we were on a lengthy road trip. If we had been warned when booking we may have stayed somewhere else!

This apartment is in a fantastic location at the top of one of the Main Streets in town. Great access to the cafes, restaurants and shopping, only s short walk down the road. it was great to eat out at night and just wander back a short way to the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, with quite modern furnishings and although we are only a couple it would easily accomodate a family with ample space to relax inside or outside on the lounges and armchairs. There are only a few apartments in the complex that have an outside area so an added bonus. There is also a dining table outside for 8 people. Great for a stay with kids as its an easy walk to the beachfront and playground areas. The outside area has great views to the river and ocean. The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need. Main bedroom was great, comfy bed and a large WIR to store suitcases and areas to store clothes The apartment is easily accessed from the lift, only several metres away. There is one carpark in the underground parking area, that has a remote tilt door so your car is very secure. The apartment is great value, we will stay there again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious apartment very close to the centre of Port Macquarie.

Awesome spot. Excellent location. Park the car on arrival in the lock up undercover garage and don’t use it again until you’re leaving. Spacious accommodation for 6 with a beautiful large balcony overlooking the caravan park. Excellent facilities - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with easy access to clothes lines. The 2 bathrooms were a bonus

Enjoyable stay close to beach and town, with a great pool to enjoy after the beach. Good size unit, only problem was a shower i the ensuite could not be used due to a leaking shower floor.

The booking process was easy and the home in itself is beautiful. Location is great and it's a short walk to everything in town. If not, underground parking spot meant the car was always on hand if needed. The listing mentioned cable TV and I was a little disappointed to find out that wasn't the case. The general tidiness of the house was pretty poor. As a residential cleaner myself, I was quite shocked at the state of the bathrooms in particular. Mould that I could lift with a cloth before I bathed my kids was everywhere. One vacuum in the spare wardrobe didn't work and was full of mould and another fan would have been handy as it's definitely necessary with there being no ceiling fans. We had quite a few massive cockroaches too. A real shame the cleaning is not up to standard as its a beautiful, extremely large home that we thoroughly enjoyed staying in.
