We had a comfortable stay. Property was well Located close to beaches and town centre, also very well supplied with kitchen, laundry and dryer. There are 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms which is very handy for family group. Only draw back was weak/slow WIFI, and lack of access to BIR/hanging space in main bedroom (had to use other bedroom BIRS). Elders are very good to deal with. We had the Hot water system break-down and they had this remedied within the day. Highly recommend.

Great value for money. Good position and all you could need. Suited our family well. May be a bit hot in summer as there are no air conditioners upstairs.

I loved how proactive the Elders property staff were in contacting us when the State Cup tournament was cancelled. I really liked the ease of picking up the key from the service station. I was expecting a locker process, so it was lovely to be asking the counter staff for the key, very friendly and helpful. As a landlord myself you may want to check out a few minor maintenance activities. These really didn't impact our stay, but if I was the landlord would prefer to know about. 1. Ants appear to be living in the door frame of the front door 2. In the upstairs main bathroom, looks like the toilet has a very slight constant water trickle into the bowl. Hardly noticeable, but water usage could add up over time. 3.I couldn't get the garage door remote to work. I could see a light activate on the remote, but the door didn't open 4. Fridge freezes things. We mostly had drinks in the fridge, so it didn't matter, but a few pieces of fruit did freeze even though I tried to position them in the 'least likely to freeze'spots. Overall property was well presented, beds were very comfy and bathrooms were clean. Loved the convenient location.
