    Refreshing views and space. Loved seeing dolphins and whales from the balcony each day.
    Comfortable towels and sheets, though the provision of hand towels and more than 1 tea towel would be helpful. Also you may need to consider signage asking people not to feed the kookaburras. I suspect this has been happening as for the first time we were unable to eat at the outdoor table without kookaburras snatching our food, despite our best efforts. Otherwise, everything was fabulous! Thank you!

    We have been staying in Milton 5, annually for approximately 5 years. Numerous reasons why we re-book every year... superb location, multiple living areas (indoors and out) including multiple verandah’s to enjoy the spectacular view. Garage for parking and car charging. Laundry inside, on the premises. 2 full bathrooms. The unit has been refurbished notably with fresh floor coverings, an extra TV in the 3rd bedroom, comfy brand new mattresses, brand new ceiling fans, brand new fridge. The unit also comes with some holiday fitness as there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. 😊 Love this accommodation. We have already re-booked again for next year.

    We were disappointed to discover the dishwasher was out of order and we had to buy extra tea towels as we hadn’t planned to hand wash. The real estate were apologetic. Most of the screen doors are either broken or the mesh is non existent, which was a shame as the sea breezes came in along with mozzies. However the big safety concern was the metal door and window frames in the lounge area which rattled quite significantly with the wind. The glass was a bit broken in one area and our children were fearful that the window was going to move/shatter. Thankfully we were all safe and had a lovely holiday. This info is for future stays/guests & the overall maintenance of such a great property

    This unit will appeal to people who like retro things and spectacular views. It was great to be able to sit in the living area and see the ocean. Inside the unit was very spacious, and relatively clean and comfortable with good lounge area with TV and WIFI. The location is excellent close to beaches and to the main shopping centre. For us the views well and truly made up for any minor things and we had a relaxing holiday but it wouldn't suit people who cannot manage a lot of stairs and the high decks although they have good balustrading might worry some parents of young children.

    The location was excellent for staying with grandchildren, only a few minutes walk to beach and park with playground. Central to all other facilities.
    The unit was a bit musty on arrival probably due to several weeks of heavy rain but cleared up quickly when opening doors and windows.
    The garage associated with the unit was also very musty due to recent heavy wet weather but did not park the car in there because I didn't want the car to take up mustiness, however, this did not detract from stay as sufficient parking on site.
    Maintenance items needing attention for future stays - the fan in the main bedroom did not seem to work. Toilet in ensuite reported as not flushing properly but still worked ok, light switchplate in the kitchen was loose and needs tightening. Shower rose in main bathroom spurting water out top but still worked OK but needs attention. Long-term issue, sliding doors difficult to move due to proximity to saltwater damage, tracks seemed OK so may just need door wheels replaced. Windows are also quite tight to move again due to proximity to saltwater.
    Overall still an excellent value unit for a family stay.

    One of the best locations to stay outside of the busy centre. great views off three balconies. It's an older apartment, but that means it has got lots of space.
