This fun 2 bedroom apartment has a bright and airy north east aspect with ocean views from the living areas, balcony and main bedroom. Situated on a quiet street within a security building with lift, only 1km from town centre and only 400m to Town Beach, local restaurants, coffee shops and Port City Bowling Club.

Living areas are bright and airy, with awesome views and decorated with a mix of funky, comfy and functional furnishings and bits and pieces to make this apartment a fun place to come home to during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with quality glass, table and flatware, plenty of cooking utensils, Expressi machine, dishwasher, appliances and basic pantry items. Internal laundry with washer and dryer, BBQ, free WiFi, single lock-up garage and all linen and towels are supplied.

    The accommodation war comfortable and not having to take linen and basic essentials was great. The location is handy because it's not far to conveniences. The only thing would have fly screens on the Windows

    Overall the stay was nice. Great location and fantastic views.
    Perhaps next time before the agent takes my money they first mention the elevator was not working and that I would need to climb up 6 flights of stairs. Not an issue but would of liked the option before they process my payment.

    Good unit , easy parking , close to Port City BC ,beach , great fish & chip shop 2 minute walk , nice views of ocean.

    Property was in a good location with nice views, however needs some serious TLC and a good bond clean. Arrived to fingerprints all over the appliances, splatters on the walls, dirty cutlery, carpet pulling up near the kichen which was a serious trip hazard, and heaters that barely worked. When we arrived at the shop to pick up the keys we asked what floor we were on / how big the building was, and were told the building was 25 floors and that we were on level 21 (its only 8 floors and we were on level 6). They also told us that we could drop the key off inside between X and Y hours, however seemed to forget that they are closed on weekends so we had to use the deposit box instead. The hallway also had a huge hole in the wall leading to exposed pipework.
