Breakers 1 is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Eastern end of the village. The living area flows onto the large verandah with stunning views of the coastline. There is an ensuite to the downstairs bedroom, large kitchen with dishwasher and lock-up-garage with remote door.

Upstairs has two bedrooms and one bathroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area and laundry.  The kitchen has a dishwasher.  There is a paved courtyard out the back with gas BBQ.

Downstairs has one bedroom with ensuite, and you can also access the lock up garage from this room.

Wifi has recently been added for you to enjoy.

    Good size house, but it is a little tired. The BBQ area out back had not been cleaned up for sometime. You cannot beat the view though & the the balcony is ideal for relaxing.

    We love staying here although the hill is a mission sometimes - but good to walk off the cakes. It is a great set up for adult family members as there is lots of room to spread out in the lounge room and onto the verandah. We don't use the bbq as it is in the small backyard which is out of the June sun. We spend most of our time on the verandah.

    The house is in a great location and has most things you need. I think a clothes dryer is needed as it rained most of the time we were there and it would have been handy to have one

    This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property. The walk up the road is worth it to enjoy the views from the lounge room and verandah. The morning sun comes into the main bedroom and lounge room in winter and warms the whole area.

    The townhouse was overall good for our family. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and the balcony overlooked the beach which we found really beautiful. The only negative I would say is it wasn’t very clean. I was pulling plates and cups etc out and they still had food on them. The floors and bathrooms were also not very clean. I think the money you pay you would expect a better standard of cleanliness, especially at this time. We would highly recommend for a family with young kids though. Only 400 metres from the beach and right near shops, cafes and the pub.
