    Lovely stay. Good, private spot.
    No instructions for using a front loader. No clothes dryer.
    Wne find the property quit expensive, considering we supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels. etc.

    We started staying at Lakeview ( Beachfront) Units 42 years ago & had spend every year here until a few years ago when we had a break. We started coming back 3 years ago. We do live Crescent Head & Beachfront Units are in the best location.
    However, they do need some work done. We know the guests should clean the bbq plates however I disagree with guests having to go & pick up
    replacement gas bottles & the bbq structure need a good clean & paint. The area under Unit 6 did have a table & bench seats which was great, that has gone & not been replaced. It is now an unusable area which is a shame. It also needs someone to ensure it’s swept & tidy before new guests arrive. There was a chair with a torn seat in the corner. Unfortunately this is not good enough. We will probably return however these overlooked areas do need fixing.

    This us the 4th year that we have stayed at this apartment and we love it more and more every time we come. We even met the owners of the property this year who asked what they could do to improve our stay. They were very quick to go out and buy the couple of things that were missing from the unit and also took on our feedback for small improvements. This property couldn't be in a better location.. We will be staying here again next year.

    Beachfront 6, is just that, beach front. The location was absolutely outstanding! It was the prefect distance to our friends in the caravan park and to the beach, shops and country club.
    Unfortunately, the place needs a little TLC. The carpet in both bedrooms was awful, stained, dirty looking and quite thin. It needs replacing or have no carpet at all. The bathroom is basic, the toilet needs replacing. The kitchen also needed to be better stocked as we were a family of four and only had four drinking glasses, all of different sizes and shapes, and only two wines glasses. The second lounge room needs cane furniture replaced.
    The place was clean, however, the fans needed to be dusted.

    Had a fabulous stay here at Beachfront 6. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything we needed while on holidays is provided. Mornings on the balcony was divine while watching the kids in the lagoon. Fun and relaxation for all of us.

    Situated right next to the popular sandy creek and beach, location is ideal for access and includes a great view.

    Unfortunately, cleanliness is a significant issue. It was apparent that only a quick surface clean is occurring between bookings with many areas identified as not being cleaned for a very long time, including mould build up in the bathroom / laundry area.

    Other areas that were disappointing were the very tiny shower, no air conditioning, and a range of items showing deterioration, which does not align with the booking rate.

    We stay every year. We love the location.
    The unit needs new carpet. There is so much sand stuck in the carpet it feels like you’re at the beach. The toilet need an upgrade or good clean as the past two years it’s smelt like wee. I actually had to clean the toilet myself. Unfortunately overall the apartment needs a really good clean and an upgrade.

    Arrived to very mouldy shower recess. Grime on windows. Property needs maintenance eg loose tiles on deck trip hazard and new shower recess.
    Not enough winter bedding. Real estate were quick to respond and personable. Location amazing. Lovely kitchen. No internet.
