Offering separate living spaces to the upstairs and downstairs areas.
Perfect for two families or extended families. Enjoy the cool ocean
breezes with open plan living and high ceilings. Take in the ocean views
whilst BBQ’ing or relaxing at the large outdoor setting on the
entertaining deck, which flows from the spacious living area. Fully
equipped cook's designer kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, island bench
and a dishwasher to make holiday entertaining a breeze. Upstairs
includes ensuite from the master bedroom and a separate WC with a
further full size bathroom including bath downstairs. The roomy garage
offers a fabulous all weather games room with bar area, fridge, dart
board, pool table, table-tennis and board racks.
Configuration: - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds;
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with tri bunk-
double base and single on top +1 large bunk room with tri-bunk,
double base and single on top.

Property included Wifi recently added.

Sleeps 12 comfortably. Please note: Personal linen is not provided and
guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If
you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
Travel light as a full laundry with washing machine and drier is
included.

  My family stayed for a week for my 70th birthday, 6 adults and 4 children. The layout was perfect, great view, really good facilities. Short walk to the beach and excellent view of the Blood Moon (bonus).
  Shops close by and the new mini golf is excellent.
  The red bin was half full when we arrived so didn’t take long for it to be overflowing. A message to the real estate agent and problem sorted very quickly.
  The property could do with a good clean e.g fly screens are filthy, bathroom fans very dusty (which a lot of people don’t realise is a fire hazard) and floors could be mopped.

  Vaka Malua is a fabulous holiday rental in Crescent Head. This is our 4th year of holidaying there with our large family.
  It's location is ideal, being close to the shops, Country Club and golf course.
  We love the large family area and balcony with great views and the games room downstairs gets well used.
  We have booked again for next year and would highly recommend a stay at Vaka.

  Crescent heads is a lovely spot to holiday. This house is well located to allow easy walking to the beach and shops. The house itself is well equipped for an extended family. The river is a great spot for children and adults to enjoy.

  We rented Vaka Malua for our families to come together from Qld and NSW. It was a good size for our three families.
  
  Unfortunately, there were big holes in the fly screens on the ground floor which meant we couldn't have the windows open and there were no fans in those back rooms - I would highly recommend the flyscreens on windows & doors are patched ASAP. We also paid for linen hire and had to make all the beds. This wasn't ideal as we didn't arrive until late at night.
  
  The ping pong and pool table in the garage were a hit with the kids and adults. It was in a great location easily accessible for the beach, shops and dining.

  The house is great for a large party of people. Big living areas, games room with good amenities. Its a close walk to the shops, club and beach and has an outside shower to rinse off the sand. The two suggestions to give it all 5-stars are the bins are suitable for 1-2 people, whereas this sleeps about 12. The other suggestion is more comfortable furniture on the outside deck.

  We loved our stay . So much room, great views and a great location. Perfect for 2 families with a well stocked kitchen and a games room downstairs which we all enjoyed/ The only thing missing is wifi. First house I’ve stayed in that doesn’t have it and if you are with Vodafone like we all were you don’t get any internet.

  The mattresses in the 3 main rooms (not the bunks) were very uncomfortable and need replacing. Aside from that, the property met the expectations we had from reading the ad. It is a very large and spacious house in a great location - no need to drive anywhere once we had arrived as everything was so close. We loved the pool and table tennis tables in the garage!

  Nice open, spacious house in a great location. The house is modern and generally in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked with the essential equipment & the balcony gives great views.
  
  The house does charge a premium but misses the mark on some basic premium aspects. The two main beds are rock hard - unless you're a heavy sleeper/prefer extremely solid beds, you won't get great sleep for most of your stay. The other is wifi - generally a standard with premium offerings, but this doesn't come with the house.
