  I've stayed in this unit on a regular basis, it has a lovely aspect which allows for plenty of sunlight to warm the living area during the day making it an ideal mid-winter holiday place. It is private, close to amenities & has enough of a view to make a fair assessment of the surf conditions. My only bugbear, the FM radio receiver wasn't working as the aerial was broken.
