This architect designed split level home has luxury furnishings and sensational 180 degree views of the beach, coastline, KillickCreek and the golf course through out. Purpose built private family beach house, Point Break offers a fully equipped cooks kitchen, fitted with European appliances and quality kitchenware. The open plan kitchen, living/dining area offers a beautiful and relaxed space for family dinners whilst enjoying spectacular views both from inside and from the large wrap-around balconywhich flow off the main living area to maximise indoor/outdoor living.

There are 2 main bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom and queen size bed. The main bedroom has a large deck with sensational views and floor to ceiling windows which brings the sparkling vistas right to your pillow. The second bedroom upstairs also has a balcony with great views. Each bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity .

The two large downstairs bedrooms each have a double or queen size bed & a bunk bed or a king single bed. One bedroom also has great views. They share a large well appointed bathroom which has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

Parking consists of two open parking spaces for your cars, one at the front of the home and one at the rear of the home.

The layout is ideal for three couples or two families and the beach and village amenities are only a short walk away. Point Break offers a luxury standard unique in holiday rentals at Crescent Head. Please note: No pets allowed.

The owners require a $500 cash bond and credit card details as a holiday bond. WIFI and Foxtel provided.

Please note no more than 10 people in the house and definitely no caravans or camper trailers to be attached to the house or parked on the grounds. 

Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

    The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious over 3 levels. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. It was so light and airy and views from just about everywhere - including 3 of the bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs was spectacular with its own verandah and the most amazing views. In a great location, very quick walk down to the shops, cafes and beach. The house had everything you could need and more.

    Elders were great to deal with. The accomodation was spacious, clean and had amazing views. Very close to tavern, country club, shops and beautiful beach. Awesome having three bathrooms and multiple living areas for a 7 person group.

    We had a wonderful time at Crescent Head. The house was beautiful and spectacular with a beautiful view. The house was very clean with enough room for us all. The ladies at Elders were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
